Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Authorization form to include inside your package.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
