- Anything over $150 claimed needs a police report to be replaced.
- All claims are for replacements after delivery only. No refunds/store credit and does not cover delays
- All replacements over $150 require signature
- To report a lost/stolen package, you must contact us within 7 days from the date that it is marked delivered. All replacements are subject to validation and approval at Kiara Sky's discretion.
